Artist StatementIn the Site Specific series of multiplied, tumbling, ‘word game’, houses, text gathered from conversations with architects has been stretched as a skin to enclose the music of living and create new forms of dialogue as it morphs into otherworldly text forms. The series playfully conflates elements of balance, chaos and the poetic. Colour for the series was inspired by the vivid hues of children’s toys and past memories of 60s jelly bean coloured clothing.
